Licensor observed a large flat screen tv that was approximately 50 inches sitting on the carpet accessible to children. Licensor observed a pair of adult scissors hanging on the satellitte within reach of children in the fenced in licensed area. Licensor observed wires exposed in a box on the fenced in back porch accessible to children.
